At LITTLENUTTS we strive to deliver fresh, high-quality dry fruits. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict return and refund policy.
1. Return Policy
- No Returns on Food Items:
As dry fruits are perishable, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered, except in the cases mentioned below. - Eligible Return Cases:
You may request a return or replacement only if:- You received a wrong product.
- The product is damaged or tampered with during transit.
- The packaging is broken or unsealed at the time of delivery.
- Return Request Timeframe:
- You must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
- How to Request a Return:

- Mention your order number, issue details, and attach images.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds Are Issued Only If:
- The product is unavailable for replacement.
- The return request is approved based on valid reasons.
- Your prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch.
- Refund Process:
- Once your return/refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Cases:
- If the request is raised after 24 hours of delivery.
- If the product is opened, consumed, or tampered with.
- If the claim is unsupported by clear evidence (like photos).
3. Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation by Customer:
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Post-dispatch cancellations are not accepted.
- Order Cancellation by Us:
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability, payment issues, or other unforeseen reasons.
